Alexandra is the co-founder of Alcove Limited, a Hardware and Software as a Service business, which uses smart technology to assist and enable older and disabled adults, and their carers. Prior to this, Alexandra worked in corporate finance raising money for small UK and international companies, assisting them on their pathways to profit. She has acted at director level for numerous private and public companies, and is currently a Non-Executive Director (formerly Executive Director) of AIM-listed Craven House Capital Plc, an emerging market investment company. After gaining a degree in Experimental psychology from Oxford University, Alexandra went on to design award-winning courses to improve the mental health and wellbeing of prisoners at HMP Wandsworth. From 2006-2008, Alexandra project managed an £8m London property development from purchase to sale.
