I recently had a great opportunity to work on a project where Microsoft Dynamics CRM played an integral role. We effectively implemented and configured Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrated with Outlook to support a business pipeline management process in a hands-on environment. We implemented standard MS CRM functions and MS CRM customization to support user requirements from sales, quoting, goal matrix, customer service, management departments to tract and save all daily data for analysis. The CRM application was also customized by using MS CRM SDK tool with .NET, C# and Jscript. I also had an opportunity to work with data mapping, data migration from an old legacy system into Microsoft CRM and testing the changes made within the CRM. Shod project was an unforgettable project because of the take and the experiences achieved. During this project I Performed complex Dynamics NAV custom programming and system integration services using the Dynamics NAV Client/Server Integrated Development Environment (C/SIDE) and other programming and system integration tools. The project manager assigned each team to different area in the Microsoft dynamics 2009 environment. The team I worked in provided Dynamics NAV system design, implementation, training, and ongoing support services including high level and detail design, software installation and configuration, customization, data conversion, testing, procedure documentation, group and one on one training, on site and remote support. I worked through all phases and provided regular project status updates to both client and Partner. Performing some customization including custom forms, reports and work effectively with our Dynamics NAV Developers to meet more complex custom programming.
