o Responsibilities’ include: assessing players’ worth through in-depth player analytics template and software, creation of new player base, explanation and establishment of casino credit for casino players, assisting in Special Events and Promotions for casino patrons, and utilization of relationship marketing to instill casino loyalty through direct player contact, guest service, and personal touch. From March 2015 to Present (10 months) Analysis Manager @ o Oversee all Slots, Marketing, and Finance related property analytical endeavors for 1,100+ Slot, 48 Table Games casino that has yearly Revenues in excess of $160+ million.
o Responsible for production, review, and distribution of monthly property Executive Summary, Marketing Summary, and Financial Statements that are FASBE compliant for Seminole Gaming and Seminole Tribe of Florida.
o Assisted in creation and initial implementation of Competitive Shopping Program and Marketing Pro/Post Forma. Marketing Pro/Post Forma designed to be an auditing procedure between Marketing and Finance departments to maintain accurate promotional inventory levels while also determining the fiscal impact for a specific Promotion or Special Event. From June 2014 to March 2015 (10 months) Sr. Slot Performance Analyst @ o Primary Slot Analyst for seven-property, 13,000+ gaming unit organization specialized in performing in-depth analysis of Win per Unit (Theoretical & Actual), Coin In, Hold %, and other related performance measures for each gaming location as well as for other operations within Seminole Gaming and Seminole Hard Rock entities.
o Key contributor in transitioning Seminole Gaming from a primary slot lease business model to purchase model. Developed Excel modeling template that highlighted cabinets, game types, costs, and logistics of $50 million capital expenditure process.
o Daily technical skills include SQL Database data mining and execution, Excel Data Cube manipulation, Bally’s SDS report writing, and Microsoft Excel and Access macro building and report creation for use by senior level management. o Primary responsibilities included review of Month End Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, and Income Statement), Performing Month End Expense Accruals for Cost of Goods Sold, Reviewing A/R Policies and Procedures and assisted in Collections, Generating Expense Checks and Weekly Commission distributions, Cash Flow Analysis, and creating improved departmental and company wide policies and procedures.
o Created Aging A/R and A/P Jet Reports as Excel “living” document, established improved collection procedures for Accounts Receivable, transitioned A/P processes through Production relocation to Kentucky facility, and improved closing procedures from 45 days to 14-16 days for month end financial closing. From March 2011 to October 2011 (8 months) Labor / Tax Reporting Analyst @ o Promoted to Labor Analyst from Financial Analyst in September 2008.
