Director, Talent @ Development and deployment of Talent processes/standards, including Talent Acquisition, Career Pathing/Career Coaching, and Talent Management plans.
Lead a team of full-life cycle recruiters while providing coaching, development and guidance on how to effectively target, influence, and engage top talent to join Undertone.
