Vice President and Lead Operations Resourcing Partner @ Senior member of Barclays' Operations, Technology & Functions (OTF) resourcing team responsible for the delivery of permanent and contingent recruiting globally across Barclaycard Operations, which includes the direct oversight of an 8-person team in the United Kingdom who manage over 1,000 hires annually. Implemented several strategic initiatives across Barclaycard Operations such as Global Hiring Framework, Authority-To-Recruit, Management Intelligence (MI), and increasing gender diversity in leadership roles. Led an in-depth review and gap analysis of all US end-to-end recruitment processes in preparation for rolling out a “core,” or global, workflow associated with a new RPO/MSP operating model. Special assignment on a HR Working Group to identify Barclays’ dual-entity employment solution for complying with Section 165 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. From 2015 to Present (less than a year) Director of Talent Acquisition Operations / Project Manager @ Total P&L and operational responsibility for a first-generation Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Project engagement at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation generating annual revenue of $3.8M. Led a 28-person team consisting of onsite, remote, and offshore resources responsible for full-life-cycle recruitment of all sales, patient services, medical, and corporate positions in the US General Medicines (US Gen Meds) business. From 2014 to 2015 (1 year) Vice President of Talent Delivery @ Led the Talent Delivery organization, a $155M revenue portfolio supported by 50+ FTE's including offshore resources, which was a blended recruiting solution to Yoh's Managed Services and National Accounts businesses via a shared services sourcing function and three fulfillment teams aligned by job category and industry ... engineering/manufacturing and professional, technology (IT, software and media & entertainment) and scientific/clinical. From 2013 to 2014 (1 year) Vice President, Talent Acquisition @ Provided executive leadership in the design and implementation of WellCare's company-wide recruiting strategies that were accountable for 1,400 projected hires in CY11. Led the selection of a RPO solution for the prospective expansion of WellCare's Medicaid offering into Kentucky, Louisiana and Texas. Oversaw executive recruiting and the Compliance Liaison and Corporate Medical Director hiring campaigns. From 2011 to 2011 (less than a year) Vice President of Recruiting @ Led the recruiting function for SunGard’s Financial Systems business. Conducted a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) event to establish FS’ standard workflow. Consolidated 5 recruiting systems into a Peopleclick RMS platform which served as the global solution. Reduced Cost-per-Hire (CPH) 35% by building a direct-sourcing capability that decreased search agency placements to < 2% in CY10. From 2007 to 2011 (4 years) Director of Recruiting, Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services (GOIS) @ Led GOIS’ global recruiting activities which hired 4,297 people in CY05, or approximately 60% of Unisys’ total annual hires. Managed GOIS’ Americas recruiting staff of 20+ recruiters and support personnel, and several mission-critical recruiting projects including GOIS North America Sales and GOIS Continental Europe Staffing for Growth. Key member of the selection committee which outsourced U.S. Band 1 (non-exempt) and Band 2 recruiting to a RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partner. From 2005 to 2007 (2 years) Senior Manager, Human Resources @ Led the HR Programs organization which included Staffing Programs, Future Talent Programs, New Employee Management (NEM), Medical Services, Temporary Labor, the Transition Services Center, and Work/Life Programs (Rewards & Recognition, Les Concierges, etc.). Responsible for annual staffing forecasts and net hiring requirements, long-range staffing outlook, project management and planning, skill gap analysis, executive recruiting, best practice benchmarking, competitive marketplace intelligence, and staffing process assessments. Hired 7,385 new employees and transfers from 2002-2004, many requiring critical hard-to-find skills and TS/SCI security clearances. From 2002 to 2005 (3 years) Managing Director @ Conducted 40+ strategic assessments for all new clients of TWC’s Talent Acquisition services offering, which focused on emerging growth start-ups and several Fortune 500 firms including AxisTel, DHL, eResearch Technologies, HealthAxis, ISPsoft, Sarnoff Labs, savaJe, Systems Management ARTS, TMX Interactive and TruePosition. From 1999 to 2001 (2 years) Staffing Manager @ Core member of the Regional Recruitment Center Prototype and Implementation Team, which received the Lockheed Martin NOVA Award for teamwork in 1999. The Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA) Regional Recruiting Center (RRC) prototype evolved into a corporate best practice when the concept was proven to reduce costs, improve quality of candidates, decrease the time-to-hire, and increase service to individual business units. Chaired a Staffing Task Force which was chartered to reengineer a national recruiting process by identifying the best staffing practices of 18 business units.
